Moon and how it affects your mind

Have you  ever wondered why we feel so much emotionally active during the night time while we feel sleepy during the day time?

According to Vedic Astrology Moon is said to have control over one's emotion and thoughts and the one having a strong moon in his or her birth chart has total control over it.


How do the moon controls our thoughts?

Since moon is the most neighbour heavenly body revolving around the earth and sometimes due to its gravitational pull it attracts all the oceans and other water bodies toward the surface of the earth.
Since a human mind is around 70-80% water and although water is responsible for carrying our thought from one end of our brain to another when we try to remember something at the time of need.
Most people feels emotionally active during the night time due to the strong attractive force of the moon on them.

How to break free from this control

However the good news is we can break this attraction or control of moon on our mind.
